This means that the coffee develops a more natural sweetness and acidity, and that the coffee's characteristics must be in focus. Perfect for those who like clear flavours and a lighter feeling in the mouth. You probably prefer to drink your brew coffee black but you can also have a splash of milk in it that can balance the cup.
