About Arvidssons Textil
Arvidssons Textil Arvidssons Textil was founded in 1949 by Halvdan Arvidsson and is today run by the third generation. Their goal is to manage the Scandinavian design tradition with a collection of graphic and nature-inspired designs.
Arvidssons Textil design is created in close collaboration with a number of Swedish creators, primarily with the help of their own designer MiaLotta Arvidsson-Mars, who specialises in hand painting all designs. Hand-painting takes considerably longer, but the end result is something quite different from that produced in the computer environment. The fabrics are printed in Europe, which gives a high quality. Arvidssons Textil attaches great importance to environmental thinking. The fabrics are certified with ÖKO-tex 100, which means that the fabrics
are free from harmful chemicals that are dangerous for skin and health.
