Photographer: Lars Karlsson Size: 68 x 48 cm “I grew up on Sollerön and live in Västerås, but spend several weeks every year in Huskläppen by Grövelsjön with my family. Photography is an interest that I have had for 10-15 years and it is in Grövelsjöfjällen that I photograph the most. The picture of Grövlan was taken in December. At the beginning of winter, when it is cold and there is little water in the river, ice can build up from the bottom of the river. Then the river rises above its normal banks. Locally it is said that the river "hangs over". The day in question was a wonderful light and together with the water that flowed over the ice made the river shimmer in green and I just had to take a picture of it. ” Lars Karlsson
