Beskrivning av Steak Knife Classic in gift packaging 4 or 6 knives
Our Red Steak Knife Classic has a blade of cold rolled stainless steel special quality of the highest quality with a very good sharpening resistance. The hand-made knife has a shaft of red-painted birch.
The knife blade is heat-treated to obtain extreme strength and toughness, as well as to obtain a maximum lifespan for the knife-edge. This is done through a process that is a well-kept business secret.
Tradition and quality
The idea of a Classic Steaknife Morakniv® is that it should be a utility knife that is comfortable to use and especially useful for everyone.
Worth caring for
Our Steak knife has a stainless steel blade with edge grinding that can be browned with a fine Arkansas whetstone. Drop some oil on the stone surface that the knife can slide on.
Whetting can be done either with small circular movements or along the edge, which is easier as the angle of the blade towards the brow is easier to control. This way you minimise scratches on the blade.
Finish by wiping off remnants of burrs against leather or rough fabric.
Never wash the knife in a machine.
